Hi Folks,
In between two days of controling the COMMS for the Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour (or at least the area from Ottawa to Perth) I have seen some blog reports and emails flying across my screen and one of the more interesting ones came via the RAC Blog. It has some interesting views on what is happening in Manitoba and their problems seem to be a bit compable to ours here in Ontario.
However in Manitoba they have had the assistance of ARES recently with the flooding and have knowledge firsthand of how good it is to have an amateur radio in a vehicle. I just hope when they look at their bill they remember it…
