It seems that once you talk about a topic more examples seem to come up and make themselves known…
Here is one that comes to mind right away… The ability of Amateur Radio to plan many events in the same geographic area at the same time…
Some examples of this would be on Saturday April 3rd with the Iroquois Amateur Radio Club holding their FleaMarket in Iroquois Ontario and there also being a contest that I wanted to participate in in the same time frame. I can’t “CQ Contest” at the same time that I am looking for “bargoons” at the Hamfest.
Another example of this would be on Saturday May 8th being the date of the Smiths Falls Hamfest, Canwarn Training in Ottawa (Kanata) along with a Summits on the Air Activity Day.
I guess the event of the day will be decided on the morning of the event… at least I will have a choice…
