From the reading I’ve been doing I don’t think it’s the radial pattern that matters. It’s the number of radials laid out….it’s not even the length.

Thanks… This one was work… i gotta figure out a way to get more radials out for the higher bands… The antenna is lacking a bit on 10-12-15 but on 17-20-40-80 its just a fantastic antenna… Has to be the radial pattern or the amount of radials…

It’s not always easy to break a pile-up. Sometimes you can get the QSO within a hour and if your out of luck it could last days or sometimes not at all. I was extatic all morning.
