Your point is valid (just my opinion).

I don’t see it as matter of fault.

I see it more as a matter of collaboration.

RAC & IC have a long history of being very close with each other.

I think IC sees RAC as a “voice” that can reach Amateurs in a more direct way than they can.

In this situation I personally hold them both at fault for creating this situation and promulgating it.

Then RAC was given the task of “walking point”.

Point man usually takes the first bullet.

RAC has done grievous harm to the Examiner and to the System under which all Volunteer Examiners are authorized.

I for one doubt that RAC will provide that disclosure.
