Bob, the Planetary K index (Kp) hit 8 a bit earlier today! The bonus is that once this settles down the bands should be very quiet (in a day or two) and the SFI should be around 200 so look for openings on 10m and maybe even 6m too.

Thanks for the positive words…. I’m just happy that this is NOT happening when I plan to take the portable station back into the field and activate.
